Justin Brook

Justin was responsible for starting the original Aberdeenshire Saxophone Orchestra and it was also his bright idea to engage Richard Ingham as its music director.
The orchestra was launched at Saxfest in 2008 which was organised by Justin and featured some of the most significant saxophonists in the UK.
During this period of its existence, from 2008 to 2019, the orchestra was funded by the Aberdeenshire Youth Music Initiative, administered by Creative Scotland which also provided the more unusual sizes of saxophones.
